平底鑊葱花蝦米腸食譜:
?注意:錫紙蓋底要掃油
葱2條
蝦米1/2安士(15克)
粉漿:
澄麵6 1/2湯匙(54克)
粘米粉5 湯匙(38克)
糯米粉2 湯匙(16克)
適量鹽
水 1 1/2杯(360毫升)

腸粉豉油:
先煮滾熟油1湯匙
生抽1湯匙
老抽1/2湯匙
糖1/2茶匙
水1湯匙

Shallot w/ dried shrimp Rice Rolls Recipe:
?Brush flat foil surface with oil
2 shallot
1/2 oz dried shrimp

Flour mix :
Wheat starch
6 1/2 Tbsp (54g)
Rice flour 5 Tbsp(38g)
Glutinous rice flour
2Tbsp (16g)
Water1 1/2 cups(360ml)

Rice roll soy sauce:
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp
dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp water
